The power went off this morning sometime around 3ish and we awoke to no power and a foot of snow! Thank goodness Dusty was home to shovel the driveway and get the generator started! I warmed the house and made a quick pot of coffee!! With the cold weather we were forced to stay inside today and all the toys we had been playing with were boring. I decided to get out the very large, colorful caterpillar I received from a co-worker at my work baby shower. I think the change of toys was more for me then Parker, but he certainly seemed to enjoy lying on the floor with the giant thing!
Good blogging friend! I like that giant catapillar thing- very fun! I have a ??? though- does Dusty ever not wear shorts??? I find the dog video quite charming but that fact that Dusty is in shorts is what really cracked me up. It problem stood out to me because I noticed this past sunday he was wearing shorts and I had thought "dude I am freezing how can he be comfy in shorts?" and then there he is in the snow in shorts. HAHAHA- very funny....
ReplyDeleteLOL! That is funny you ask! He wears shorts ALL THE TIME! Even at our wedding!!! I had to bargain with him that if he wore pants with his tux during the formal photos, then he could make his grand entrance in shorts for the ceremony and remainder of the wedding....HE DID! With his tux, he wore shorts and flip flops and I was in a chapel length beaded gown! It was great though!

ReplyDeleteThanks! My hair used to be curly, until I had Parker, now it is totally straight..I am in the process of growing it out, why is growing out hair such a hard process!?
ReplyDeleteseriously! My hair used to be bone straight and then when I started having boys it went curly. Only problem is that the front isnt curly- only the back- urgh!!! I am trying to grow mine out too even though I just cut it. Had to get it cut to grow out right- its a long story...
