We were in the car the other day and Reagan started crying, I looked back and this is what I saw:

Too Loud!
I am not sure if it's because Reagan is our second baby and I have the ability to not freak out when she starts crying, if it's because she cries so little so even a big cry seems minimal or if it really is not that bad of a cry, but she certainly does not have the obnoxious scream/cry like Parker did. Parker however, has a different opinion about her cry!
